We mean it too. You get our direct cell numbers and can give us a call. We usually can get to most items small or large within an hour, even on weekends or late at night. (Our designer literally carries his laptop everywhere.)
No Support Tickets
With you having our cell phone numbers and direct emails...we don't do tickets. We aren't like some of our competitors where you fill out a ticket and it goes to someone who you don't know to assist with the problem. We try and take care of things right when you call or email!
NO NICKEL & DIMING
We don't have any hidden fees. We also don't nickel and dime. Want a small change that literally takes 2 minutes? We will do it for free! We won't charge you the quarter of an hour as most agencies would.
Free Backend Training
We train you for free! We think you should get trained on what you purchased. We don't charge extra and even if you need a quick refresher a few weeks later, we are happy to help.
